Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of three (3) years of experience in custodial operations, facilities management, or operational data analysis.
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Background in higher education or large-scale facilities operations.
- Familiarity with Lean or continuous improvement principles.
