Housekeeper - Temporary

The University of Georgia is seeking a temporary Housekeeper to work at the UGA Hotel and Conference Center. This position is responsible for cleaning hotel guest rooms, responding to guest requests, and maintaining accurate records of tasks completed and time worked.

• Clean rooms and make beds in hotel (80% of time)
• Maintain cart with supplies and linens (10% of time)
• Assist in cleaning other areas of hotel (5% of time)
• Participate in training sessions and departmental meetings (5% of time)

• Hotel experience preferred
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Dedication, responsibility, honesty, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Effective verbal communication skills in English

This position operates under time constraints in a fast-paced environment and requires lifting, bending, kneeling, and standing for long periods of time.
