Job Summary
Intellistars ABA is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our dynamic team in Athens, GA. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) care to children with autism and other developmental disabilities in their natural environment - their homes.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct ABA therapy sessions with children, following a treatment plan and under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Implement behavioral strategies to increase positive behaviors and reduce problem behaviors
Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
Collaborate with BCBA's to develop and modify treatment plans as needed
Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other team members to ensure seamless care
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client data and therapy sessions
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis (RBT) from the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)
0 years of experience as an RBT (new graduates welcome!)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in a home-based setting

Competitive hourly rate: $25-$30 per hour
