Licensed Mental Health Therapist – Athens

We are actively recruiting for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist in the greater Athens market to partner with us in achieving this mission.

As a Geode Health Therapist, you will diagnose and treat mental health disorders, provide psychotherapy across a general spectrum of conditions, help clients define goals, gain insights, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care. You will also provide crisis intervention when needed.

• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders through evidence‑based psychotherapy.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date electronic health records in the EMR system.
• Collaborate with the integrated care team to coordinate psychiatric and therapeutic care.
• Provide crisis intervention and care coordination as required.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and quality improvement activities.

• Fully licensed therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or similar) in the state of Georgia.
• Experience conducting compressive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Proficiency with an EMR system and accurate record keeping.
• Understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities.
• Desire and ability to see a general spectrum of mental health conditions.
• Preferred: over one year of professional experience doing psychotherapy.

Experience in an integrated care setting and familiarity with measurement‑based care approaches are a plus.
