Your Role as a Speech Pathologist

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as needed.
• Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Support patient victories and outcomes throughout care.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Successful completion of the Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.
