Georgia Emergency Spill Response, a leader in environmental remediation and hazardous material management, is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Environmental Remediation Specialist to join our team. We specialize in hazardous waste disposal, biohazard cleanup, oil spill cleanup, and industrial cleaning, serving Georgia and the broader southeastern United States.
Position OverviewWe are seeking a sales-driven professional with extensive experience in environmental remediation and spill response
. The ideal candidate will have established industry relationships and a proven track record in cost estimating, bidding, and securing contracts
. This role requires both office-based responsibilities and field visits
, making flexibility and adaptability essential.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in environmental remediation and spill response industries.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth through strategic sales efforts.
- Prepare cost estimates and competitive bids for remediation and emergency response projects.
- Oversee and coordinate spill remediation efforts
, including government agency collaborations
. - Ensure compliance with EPA regulations and industry best practices
. - Work on-site as needed to assess environmental hazards and remediation needs

- Conduct field site visits to evaluate project requirements and ensure proper execution.
- Work in varied environmental conditions
, including exposure to inclement weather. - Maintain a strong understanding of hazardous material management and best practices

Extensive experience in environmental remediation and spill response

Strong sales background with established industry relationships
. - ✔ Expertise in cost estimating, bidding, and contract negotiations

Previous experience in Emergency Response operations

Past experience working with government agencies on spill remediation (Preferred). - ✔
HAZWOPER 40 Certification REQUIRED

Previous EPA experience (Preferred).
