Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager / Project Engineer to lead pharmaceutical equipment installation, commissioning, and validation projects. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with large-scale pharma equipment (dryers, centrifuges, etc.) and a proven track record of delivering GMP-compliant projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end pharma projects covering equipment installation, commissioning, IQ/OQ/PQ, and validation.

- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

- Coordinate with engineering, QA, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

- Ensure strict compliance with GMP, FDA, and ISO requirements.

- Oversee troubleshooting during installation and commissioning phases.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Life Sciences (Master’s preferred).

- 10+ years of pharma project engineering or management experience.

- Hands-on experience with dryers, centrifuges, and large-scale pharma equipment.

- Solid understanding of GMP, FDA regulations, and equipment validation.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Willingness to travel as required.
