• Assist Physical Plant tradesmen with tasks such as plumbing, carpentry, welding, HVAC, and other maintenance duties.
• Assist Landscape and Grounds department with mowing, weed eating, and other grounds maintenance tasks.
• Act as backup for running the daily mail route around campus.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

This job will assist Physical Plant tradesmen and the Landscape and Grounds department with various tasks such as plumbing, carpentry, welding, HVAC, mowing, and weed eating. The individual will also serve as a backup for running the daily mail route around campus and taking it to the post office for mailing.

Education: High School Diploma with some college experience preferred.

• Good communication skills.
• Ability to follow both oral and written instructions.
• Ability to work without constant supervision.

• Lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
• Drive to run the mail route in varying weather conditions.
• Bend, stoop, climb, etc.
