Position SummaryThe Annual Giving Officer is a data‑driven strategist who assists in the execution of Terry fundraising campaigns, strategic departmental/programmatic solicitations, and Terry’s recurring gift program. Reporting to the Director of Annual Giving, this role develops and executes initiatives for young alumni and specific departments, providing regular reporting and analysis on key performance metrics. The position coordinates large‑scale multi‑channel campaigns (direct mail, email, digital, etc.)
using data to drive philanthropic support and assists with strategy development, creatives, reporting, and analytics.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and diplomacy/tact skills.

- Assist with multi‑channel annual giving strategy and execution to drive participation and achieve year‑over‑year growth in dollars raised.
