The Student Affairs Professional partners with departmental leadership to provide strategic oversight and advanced administrative management of the department's graduate degree programs. Serving as the Graduate Program Administrator, this position is responsible for the comprehensive coordination, implementation, and evaluation of graduate program operations, ensuring alignment with institutional policies and academic standards. The role exercises independent judgment in managing complex student matters, advising faculty and students on graduate policies and procedures, and facilitating processes that support program effectiveness and student success.

Assistance to Departmental Administrators (Head, Associate Head, Directors of Graduate Studies, and Undergraduate Coordinators)
* Collaborate with the Associate Head (AH) to develop and submit the Summer Semester instructional budget.
* Partner with the AH and Curriculum Planning Committee (CPC) to coordinate annual undergraduate and graduate course scheduling for the subsequent academic year.
* Obtain and manage faculty teaching preferences for the academic year and Summer Semester; develop and maintain the master course schedule.
* Enter and manage Summer student payroll in coordination with departmental leadership.
* Load and maintain semester course schedules, including instructor and room assignments, in Banner in compliance with university deadlines.
* Serve as the department's primary CAPA liaison, initiating and managing course revisions and new course proposals.
* Provide guidance to students regarding academic administrative processes and university resources.
