Position SummaryThe Student Affairs Professional partners with departmental leadership to provide strategic oversight and advanced administrative management of the department’s graduate degree programs. Serving as the Graduate Program Administrator, this position is responsible for the comprehensive coordination, implementation, and evaluation of graduate program operations, ensuring alignment with institutional policies and academic standards. The role exercises independent judgment in managing complex student matters, advising faculty and students on graduate policies and procedures, and facilitating processes that support program effectiveness and student success.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage multiple competing projects in an organized, efficient manner by prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.

- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to interact with a variety of personalities at all levels, exercising tact, confidentiality, sound judgment, diplomacy, and flexibility to promote positive working relationships and job effectiveness.
