ULTIMATE RESPONSIBILITES:

• Provide leadership and direction for the High School Ministry of Athens Church
• Lead, inspire, equip, empower and build the Inside Out staff team and key volunteers
• Creates a compelling HS environment where students are excited about inviting their friends & attending consistently
• Cast vision, communicate and host regularly in Inside Out services
• Collaborate with student ministry staff team to determine and plan both creative and content aspects of camps and retreats i.e., Vertical Reality, The Mix
• Oversee high school specific events i.e. Freshman Rush, Back to School Bash Nights of Worship, Senior Recognition, etc.
• Oversee high school student leadership development effort including student impact
• Oversee Inside Out Global
  
  X mission opportunities
• Champion the parent partnership effort for the high school ministry
• Lead and direct the Inside Out school campus presence and manage school relationships
• Measure and manage the health of Inside Out small groups in partnership with Inside Out Female Groups Director to ensure quality group experience
• Collaborate with Student Ministry Director and other ACStudents Campus Directors to set Inside Out curriculum related to:
  • Creative direction and programming ideas
  • Content direction and development
• Participate in weekly student ministry staff team meeting and development
• Meet regularly with Director of Student Ministries
• Utilize individual gifts and talents as needed to impact the student ministry and Athens
• Prioritize and pursue his/her own relationship with Jesus Christ as a model to the rest of the staff and church

WORK SCHEDULE:

• Approximately
  45 hours
• Sunday-Thursday
