• Co‑facilitate live, synchronous ELEVATE workshops for groups of 20–30 married and unmarried couples, delivering curriculum content in an engaging and professional manner.
• Present curriculum content clearly, manage group discussions effectively, and use multimedia tools to enhance participation.
• Foster an inclusive, positive, and interactive online learning environment.
• Prepare for sessions by reviewing materials, coordinating with co‑facilitators, and ensuring all technology and resources are ready and accessible.
• Provide follow‑up support to participants between sessions to encourage engagement, clarify concepts, and ensure successful program completion.
• Monitor attendance, participation, and completion, maintaining accurate and timely records.
• Attend trainings, meetings, and debriefings to strengthen facilitation skills and ensure consistent delivery of the program model.

• Serve as a coach for couples completing the asynchronous ELEVATE curriculum, maintaining regular communication to monitor progress and encourage engagement.
