The Chandler Lab is looking to hire one intern to assist with a long‑term research project focusing on trailing‑edge populations of songbirds. The interns will enter and proof data, process samples, process camera trap images, and may have other duties as they are assigned. These positions are funded by the National Science Foundation.
Responsibilities- Process camera trap images (80%)
- Data entry and proofing (10%)
- Assisting with lab work (5%)
- Other tasks as needed (5%)
- Ability to use various computer software.
- Ability to identify wildlife to species‑level.
Sitting at a computer for extended durations.
