The position also involves reporting and evaluation of program impact and seeking grant opportunities to support and expand initiatives.

Preferred qualifications include a robust background in leadership and conflict resolution, experience managing budgets and projects in higher education, and a history of securing external contracts and funding.

This is a full-time, non-tenure track faculty position based in Athens, GA, with an emphasis on community engagement, leadership development, and youth programming.
