What You’ll Do:- Lead daily operations and long-term planning to ensure a thriving Montessori environment
- Uphold and model Montessori philosophy with fidelity across classrooms
- Mentor and coach guides and assistants with positivity, accountability, and purpose
- Oversee Montessori curriculum integrity alongside state licensing requirements
- Build warm, trusting relationships with families through communication and partnership
- Ensure a safe, peaceful, and inclusive learning environment grounded in respect
- Support ongoing professional development, observations, and community education
- Foster a joyful, child-centered culture where independence and curiosity flourish
- 21+ years old and meet Georgia Director qualifications
- Minimum of a CDA (or higher early childhood credential)
- Valid 40-Hour Georgia Director Credential
- 2+ years of leadership experience in a licensed Montessori or early childhood program
- CPR and First Aid certified
- Able to work flexible hours between 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday–Friday
- Reliable transportation to 570 Research Dr., Athens, GA 30605
