The Youth Development Professional plays a pivotal role in fostering the personal, social, and educational growth of young individuals within diverse community and educational settings. Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience working directly with youth in educational or community settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to design and implement youth development programs.
• Proficiency in maintaining documentation and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in youth development or related professional training.
• Experience with grant writing and program funding.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care and culturally responsive practices.
• Bilingual abilities or experience working with diverse populations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and facilitate youth programs that promote leadership, academic achievement, and social-emotional learning.
• Assess the needs and interests of youth participants to tailor activities and resources effectively.
