Duties / Responsibilities Virtual Workshop Facilitation (60%)
  • Co-facilitate live, synchronous ELEVATE workshops for groups of 20–30 married and unmarried couples, delivering curriculum content in an engaging and professional manner.
  • Present curriculum content clearly, manage group discussions effectively, and use multimedia tools to enhance participation.
  • Foster an inclusive, positive, and interactive online learning environment.
  • Prepare for sessions by reviewing materials, coordinating with co-facilitators, and ensuring all technology and resources are ready and accessible.
