We are currently seeking a full-time, detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Athens, GA
!

  :
  Starting at $21 per hour (offer dependent on experience)

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
• Experience working in an office environment within a team setting
• Strong mathematical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills (email, data entry, spreadsheets, etc.)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
• Respond to customer questionnaires and emails in a timely manner
• Prepare and send quotes to customer
• Process purchase orders and coordinate with warehouse manager (via email or CRM)
• Serve as first point of contact for trouble shooting product-related issues
• Provide customers with updates on order status
• Perform additional duties as assigned
