Customer Service Attendant

BOS Staffing has a job opportunity for a Customer Service Attendant at the airport in Athens. This is a great part time job for college students. The hours are Mon-Fri, 3pm-9pm and Sat and Sun 7am-3pm or 3pm-9pm. Some flexibility to accommodate class schedules is available. The pay is $15/hr.

WORK SCHEDULE:

Varies; 18-25 hours per week. Must be available 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm M-F and every other weekend. Home UGA football game weekends are required.

High school diploma or equivalent and 2 months of cashier and/or customer service experience required; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this position.

DUTIES:

Performs daily customer service duties such as greeting customers and answering telephones. Assists customers with luggage to and from aircraft.

Receives and handles payments from customers for materials purchased. Receives fuel orders and relays Information to Operations staff. Reconciles Invoices from each shift with the cash box and drops them into the safe. Operates 2-way radio and monitors radio system. Maintains general office cleanliness; empties trash, vacuums, keeps counters clean. Performs other related duties as required.

Must be physically able to operate a variety of office equipment such as computers, telephones, copiers, fax machines, calculators, etc. Must be able to use body members to work, move or carry objects or materials. This position requires: walking, bending, stooping, standing, pushing, pulling, lifting, fingering, grasping, feeling, seeing, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions. Must be able to exert up to 25 pounds of force occasionally.
