Compliance Monitor (Partial Year) – Auxiliary Parking Compliance
Job SummaryThis partial year position (9–11 months) involves enforcement of parking regulations and operational policies in campus lots and structures with strong, professional customer service. The employee will experience a 40‑hour work week with possible evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities- Issue citations and tow/boot vehicles for parking violations.
- Prepare daily reports and communicate parking information to faculty, staff, students, and visitors.
- Direct traffic inside and outside parking structures to ensure safety and order.
- Provide reserved accommodations for special events, special guests, or scheduled athletic events.
- Serve as a backup and provide support to coworkers during special events, absences, or other circumstances.
- Assist in cleaning surface lots and equipment during slow periods.
- Patrol all parking areas for unauthorized parkers, litter, suspicious persons, or illegal activities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; experience may be evaluated in lieu.
- Strong customer service and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in adverse climates and interact courteously with disgruntled customers.
- Driving is required.
Eligible for benefits. Partial‑year agreement needed.
