Field Superintendent - Commercial Construction

Location: Regional Travel Throughout the Southeast U.S.

Salary: $75,000 - $105,000 + Benefits

We are seeking an experienced Field Superintendent to oversee ground-up commercial construction projects throughout the Southeast. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day field operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and according to plans and specifications. The ideal candidate has strong experience with commercial and light industrial construction
, including metal building systems and truss installation
.

• Oversee all on-site construction activities for ground-up commercial projects
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field crews
• Ensure work is performed according to construction drawings, specifications, and safety standards
• Maintain project schedules and communicate progress with project management teams
• Conduct daily site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance
• Manage site logistics, materials, and equipment
• Enforce safety policies and maintain a safe work environment
• Provide regular updates on project progress, delays, and field issues

• Proven experience as a Field Superintendent on ground-up commercial construction projects
• Experience with light industrial facilities, commercial buildings, and metal building systems/trusses
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong leadership and subcontractor coordination skills
• Willingness to travel regionally throughout the Southeast
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Valid driver's license

• Salary: $75,000 - $105,000 depending on experience
