Compensation: $24.00/hr - $26.00/hr

Job Summary: Ser Clean is seeking a motivated and organized Reconstruction Administrator to join our team in Athens, GA. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our reconstruction and restoration projects. The Reconstruction Administrator will be responsible for a range of tasks, including following up on supplement approvals, managing the Supplement Status report, handling construction-related emails, tracking referrals to 3rd parties and ensuring efficient record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and clear construction emails regularly to ensure all relevant information is recorded.
  • Assists with answering phones and providing a high level of customer service when needed.
  • Obtains Xactimate Level 1 certification within 90 days of employment.
  • Conducts assessment site visits at 60 days of employment.
  • Reviews and follows up on unscheduled assessment appointments via the "drop list".
  • Pre‑screens scheduled assessments to ensure they meet all requirements.
  • Collaborates with the team to schedule assessments or initial walk‑throughs, ensuring proper coordination and allocation of resources.
  • Maintains and updates the Supplement Status report for stakeholder awareness.
  • Qualifications:
    • Xactimate Level 1 certification or ability to obtain it within 90 days.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Demonstrated persistence and commitment to consistently completing tasks.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Capability to adapt to a fast‑paced work environment.
    • Proficiency with standard office software and tools.
    • Prior experience in restoration or construction, preferred.
