• Grant Opportunity Research & Funding Landscape Scanning (40%): Identify federal, state, and private grant opportunities; prepare briefings summarizing eligibility, deadlines, and alignment with Auxiliary Services needs.
• Proposal Writing, Editing & Document Preparation (35%): Draft, proof, and format proposal sections; develop attachments including project descriptions, capability statements, and supporting documentation.
• Data Collection & Compliance Support (15%): Gather required project data, budgets, metrics, forms, and supporting materials; assist with checklists and pre-submission compliance reviews.
• Grant Tracking & Administrative Support (10%): Maintain organized grant status trackers, calendars, and digital files; assist with meeting coordination and deadline management.
