Position Summary

The Administrative Specialist at the Georgia Center for Continuing Education & Hotel supports both human resources and finance functions. This position is primarily responsible for all payroll functions and managing all transactions in UGA’s payroll management system. They also assist with accounts payable and financial reporting duties. This role manages a wide variety of transactional activities to ensure the timely and accurate completion of many key business operations within the Georgia Center.
