Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Join our team and support the arts and community at The Classic Center Cultural Foundation! This part‑time position averages about 25 hours per week. As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll provide essential clerical and administrative support, manage purchase orders and invoicing, assist with member services, and help coordinate events and communications.

The candidate who is selected for this position will have to successfully pass a drug screening and a criminal background check.
What You’ll Do- Handle daily administrative tasks and support the Executive Director.
- Serve as a point of contact for members and internal teams.
- Maintain records, assist with marketing, and help with budget and billing.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or entertainment studies a plus.
- Administrative experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and computer skills.
