Duties and Responsibilities
  • Incoming Mail and Packages:
    • Sorting incoming mail and packages by department, recipient, or other designated criteria.
    • Deliver mail and packages to designated departments.
    • For time‑sensitive items, notify recipients by phone or email.
  • Outgoing Mail and Packages:
    • Process outgoing mail by weighing it, applying correct postage, and preparing it for USPS pickup or delivery to USPS post office.
    • Use tracking labels to manage and track packages.
    • Maintain accurate records of outgoing mail and package postage charges.
  • Other Duties:
    • Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
