We are currently seeking experienced HVACR Technicians to join our team for commercial projects in Huntsville, Alabama. As an HVACR Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in various commercial settings. You will work with a team of skilled professionals to ensure that all systems operate efficiently and meet the needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with HVACR systems, EPA certification, and a strong understanding of refrigeration processes.

• Installation and Setup: Install and configure HVACR systems according to project specifications and industry standards. This includes ductwork, piping, electrical components, and controls.
• Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on existing HVACR systems. Ensure that all systems are operating efficiently and safely.
• Refrigeration Expertise: Utilize advanced knowledge of refrigeration systems to install, maintain, and repair refrigeration units, including walk‑in coolers, freezers, and commercial refrigeration systems.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry standards. Follow safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the clients.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including service reports, maintenance logs, and parts inventory.
• Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns, explaining work performed, and offering recommendations for system improvements or upgrades.

• EPA Certification is mandatory.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with HVACR systems in a commercial setting.
• Strong understanding of refrigeration systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Proficient in using hand and power tools commonly used in HVACR work.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
