Job Title: General Laborer

Location: Cullman, Alabama (Local Candidates Only)

Pay Rate: $10 - $12 per hour (this is starting pay, potential for increase after you learn the skill)

We are currently seeking general laborers to join our team in Cullman, Alabama. This is an excellent opportunity to learn a valuable trade, installing overhead garage doors for commercial buildings, and we pride ourselves on delivering top-quality service to our clients.

• Assist with the installation of overhead garage doors for commercial buildings.
• Utilize basic construction tools, including wrenches, tape measures, and other hand tools.
• Support the construction team with general labor tasks on job sites.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Learn and apply trade-specific skills related to garage door installation.
• Navigate and operate effectively on active construction sites.

• Must be a local candidate (no travelers, no per diem).
• Basic knowledge of construction practices, including measuring and using hand tools.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
• Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious.
