Join Our Team! We're looking for hardworking and reliable General Laborers with construction experience to join our fencing crew! If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in building quality structures, and have a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities- Assist with the installation of residential and commercial fences (wood, chain link, vinyl, etc.)
- Dig post holes, mix and pour concrete, and set posts
- Measure, cut, and assemble fencing materials
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Load/unload materials and maintain a clean worksite
- Follow safety procedures and assist team members as needed
- Prior experience in construction, carpentry, or fencing is a plus
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Valid driver's license preferred
