We are seeking a friendly, solutions-driven Client Solutions/Sales Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who loves connecting with people, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward the best possible solutions. Rather than focusing on traditional “sales,” this position centers on providing an exceptional customer experience and building relationships based on trust, support, and expertise.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, both new and returning
• Listen actively to understand each client’s needs, challenges, and goals
• Provide tailored recommendations and solutions that create meaningful value
• Guide clients through available options and support them in making confident decisions
• Maintain accurate client records, follow-up actions, and communication notes
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
• Offer ongoing support to strengthen relationships and encourage long-term loyalty
• Assist with outreach and engagement initiatives to connect with prospective clients

• You genuinely enjoy helping people and building positive connections
• Strong communication, active-listening, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate complex information into simple, friendly explanations
• Organized, detail-oriented, and confident in managing multiple conversations
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
• Prior customer service or client-facing experience is preferred
