Position Overview:Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
As an LPN , you will provide direct nursing care to residents while collaborating with RNs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team. You’ll play a key role in supporting rehabilitation goals, ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity in a long-term care setting.

Key Responsibilities:Administer medications and treatments as prescribedMonitor, document, and report changes in residents’ health status, including vital signsAssist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as neededCollaborate with rehabilitation team members to support recovery goalsMaintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility policies and regulationsProvide emotional support and education to residents and familiesEnsure a clean, safe environment by following infection control protocols🏥
Qualifications:Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licenseStrong clinical skills, including medication administration and wound careExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented environmentCompassionate, patient-focused approach to careBLS/CPR certification required🎁 Benefits:
