Purpose:

Tri Green Equipment is a 28-store John Deere dealership located in Middle Tennessee and North Alabama. We run alongside anyone who works the land. We deliver the equipment, technology and support that enable our customers to make the most of the land for all of us.

Your purpose as a Marketing Intern during the summer of 2026 is to gain valuable, real‑world experience, boots‑on‑the‑ground, by helping us connect better with those that work the land. As part of the world‑class John Deere dealer network, we get to build a local story around an iconic (and transforming) brand. You’ll get to design marketing materials that represent our local brand.

You’ll experience the retail world, engage with experienced marketers and ad agencies, and make a meaningful impact on how Tri Green’s brand is perceived in the local market.

• Produces digital and print graphics for flyers, website, and other marketing materials
• Supports the creation of graphics and videos for social media
• Works with the marketing team to brainstorm creative concepts
• Maintains consistency with Tri Green and John Deere brand guidelines
• Captures and edits images and video of events and/or sales activities
• Helps distribute marketing materials
• Completes all tasks assigned by the marketing team
• Promotes Tri Green Equipment in a professional, honest manner (to include personal appearance and dress)
• Addresses other employees in Tri Green with respect and professionalism
• Maintains a positive attitude
• Follows Tri Green policies and processes

• Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Graphic Design or related fields
• Familiar with social media strategies and platforms
• Experience with content creation preferred
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
• Ability to prioritize, experience excelling in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to accept feedback and work within a team
• High level of accuracy in design quality demonstrating a strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift a minimum of 10 pounds; tasks may include lifting, bending, squatting, standing, sitting for prolonged periods of time
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record required
• Ability to work extended hours, weekends and holidays
