Job Description
TITLE
Med/Surg - ICU

SCHEDULE

Shift: 12 hour Nights; 5:45 PM - 6:15 AM
Weekend / Call Requirements:
Every third weekend; no required call

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed

Hours:

36 hours per week

REQUIREMENTS
- BLS
- ACLS
- Competent to administer IV drips, including vasoactive drips
- Ability to care for ventilator patients
- Preferred: PALS

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide direct patient care to a diverse patient population, including those in the ICU.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting observations accurately.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatments.
- Participate in the planning and implementation of patient care plans.

COMPLIANCE / NOTES
Scrub Requirements:
Clean and professional attire; not provided on inpatient care unit.
Turnaround time from submission to offer: 24-48 hours.
Facility will interview candidates; please list availability within submissions.
