Fitness Training Manager

We are looking for someone who is ready to combine their passion for fitness with their love of helping others. As a personal training manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the personal training department at our fitness facility. This includes hiring, training, and scheduling personal trainers while also developing and implementing training programs, and managing the department's budget. You will also work with clients to develop personalized fitness plans and track their progress.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in personal training as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. • Recruit and train a staff of personal trainers and evaluate their performance
• Check that everyone is being safe and following the guidelines and other safety protocols
• Develop and implement personalized fitness programs for clients based on their goals and fitness levels
• Collaborate with other departments to create a seamless and exceptional client experience
• Monitor client progress and adjust training programs as needed

Qualifications:

• Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and coworkers
• Must have a strong focus on putting the client first with exceptional customer service experience
• Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification
• Currently certified as a fitness instructor or personal trainer
• Experience in a manager role overseeing a team, preferably in a fitness role, is desired Compensation: $18 - $30 hourly
