** What You’ll Bring to the Team:**

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
• Schedule clients according to their preferences
• Help ensure all clients’ needs are met during service, in person, over the phone, or virtually
• Maintain office cleanliness and organize resources with team members
• Other duties as assigned

** Your Expertise:**

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in customer service
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

** It would be even better if you also had:**

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible schedules and/or in multiple locations
• Sales/marketing experience

** Pay Range:*
* The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00 per hour. Local minimum wage laws apply. Compensation depends on experience, education, skills, performance, and location.
