As Houseperson, you’ll support the housekeeping and maintenance teams by keeping public areas clean, supplying housekeepers with linens and supplies, and responding promptly to guest service needs. You’ll help maintain the overall cleanliness and readiness of the property’s shared spaces to ensure every guest receives a welcoming and polished experience. This role is ideal for someone who brings Grit to every shift, works Stronger Together with the team, and takes pride in delivering service with Integrity.

• Maintain cleanliness of public and service areas, including hallways, elevators, stairways, and lobbies
• Empty task, restock housekeeping closets, and support linen distribution throughout the hotel
• Assist housekeepers by delivering supplies, removing soiled linens, and responding to guest room service needs
• Complete deep cleaning or special projects as assigned by leadership
• Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or guest property found in public areas
• Respond to guest requests with urgency and professionalism
• Maintain communication with housekeeping and front desk teams
• Follow Resolute Road Hospitality policies, safety standards, and cleanliness protocols
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management

• Basic understanding of housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance operations
• Familiarity with the safe handling and storage of cleaning chemicals
• Experience with equipment such as vacuums and commercial washers/dryers
• Ability to communicate clearly
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast paced setting
• Friendly, guest-focused, and team-oriented demeanor

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous housekeeping or laundry experience is a plus
