JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Licenses:
Active Oregon medical license

• Board:
Board certification or eligibility in Pulmonology

• DEA:
As required for outpatient pulmonology practice



Certifications:

As required for pulmonary and sleep clinic privileges



Experience:

Pulmonology with sleep medicine exposure

• Other

Qualifications:

Ability to work independently in a largely ambulatory setting

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide outpatient pulmonology and sleep medicine care

• See clinic patients in a solo practice model with APP support

• Provide limited inpatient pulmonary consults as needed

• Participate in pulmonary rehabilitation program oversight

• Collaborate with clinic and hospital staff to ensure continuity of care
