Een zorgorganisatie voor jongeren in Assen zoekt een begeleider intensieve zorg. In deze rol ondersteun je jongeren met gedragsproblemen en bied je hen een veilige, voorspelbare omgeving. Het team werkt vanuit de methodiek Triple-C, waarbij je jouw geduld en ervaring gebruikt om bij te dragen aan de ontwikkeling van de jongeren. Je krijgt een contract van 24 tot 28 uur per week en een salaris tussen de € 2546,- en € 3564,- per maand op fulltime basis.
