Een wervingsorganisatie is op zoek naar een Jongerencoach in Assen. Je begeleidt jongeren van 18 tot 27 jaar richting werk en opleiding. Je wordt onderdeel van een betrokken team en werkt samen met partners uit de regio. Vereisten zijn onder andere HBO-werk- en denkniveau, ervaring met jongeren en goede communicatieve vaardigheden. Deelname aan een maatschappelijke rol en een werkweek van 32 uur worden geboden, met de mogelijkheid tot verlenging tot april 2025.
