Een sociaal ontwikkelbedrijf in Assen is op zoek naar een Administratief Casemanager Verzuim / Personeelsadministrateur voor 24 tot 32 uur per week. Je begeleidt werknemers die langdurig ziek zijn en coördineert het verzuimproces samen met leidinggevenden en bedrijfsartsen. Ervaring in verzuim- en personeelsadministratie en goede communicatieve vaardigheden zijn vereist. Je komt te werken in een informele en servicegerichte cultuur, met ruimte voor ontwikkeling en een marktconform salaris.
