About Petit Trois
Petit Trois Le Valley opened its doors in 2018 in Sherman Oaks. This second, more spacious location is intended to feel like a lavish French Brasserie, including a gorgeous bar, banquet‑lined dining room, Chef’s counter in front of the open kitchen, and a second dining room which can be reserved for larger parties and private events.
The RoleThe Recreation Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service across multiple areas, including poolside beverage service, rooftop bar, and assistance with special events. This role ensures smooth operations and high‑quality guest experience while maintaining compliance with all safety and service standards.

- Multiple years of experience working in a high‑caliber restaurant
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods
- Maintain up‑to‑date Serv Safe and other certifications
- Arrive and leave on time, clock in/out accordingly
- Dress appropriately every day for work, according to employee handbook guidelines
- Take your full half‑hour break every shift, clocking in and out
- Prep and execute side work according to Manager’s direction
- Communicate clearly with Manager and subordinates about ordering, running low on items during service, and 86’s
- Provide beer and wine service to guests in the pool area
- Take orders for specialty drinks and serve them in pool area
- Oversee Apres‑ski activation
- Ensure proper handling and presentation of beverages according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool bar area
- Support the Dreamweaver during special events
- Assist with event setup, service, and breakdown as directed
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing attentive and professional service
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure seamless operations
- Other duties as assigned
