A hospitality company in Aspen is seeking a Manager in Training (MIT) to rotate through various departments for 10-12 months, developing supervisory skills under the guidance of experienced managers. The MIT will engage in all roles, learning responsibilities across Housekeeping, Front Office, and Guest Services, while completing Human Resources-led training modules. Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management and have a passion for enhancing guest experiences.
