Description: We are currently hiring for a full time Ultrasound Technologist within the Diagnostic Imaging department at Aspen Valley Health.
Compensation Range: $42.13 - $67.41 per hour. Night and weekend shift differentials up to $6 per hour. Eligible new hires may qualify for a sign on bonus up to $10,000.
Note: The compensation range listed is an estimate. Final compensation will be determined based on qualifications including years of experience performing similar work, level of formal education in a relevant field, and any professional certifications related to the position.
ResponsibilitiesPosition Overview: The Ultrasound Technologist is responsible for providing Ultrasound Imaging of technical detail, requiring independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative in producing quality ultrasound exams and providing clerical services to the department.
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications & Requirements
- Associate degree in Diagnostic Ultrasound
- American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography - Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS)
- American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography - Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS)
- American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography - Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT)
- Basic Life Support (BLS). May be obtained upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications
- RDMS -- preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
