Administrative Box Office Manager - Summer Seasonal Theatre Aspen Aspen

Theatre Aspen, the award-winning professional theatre company nestled in the heart of the Colorado mountains, is seeking exceptional Box Office Manager for our upcoming summer season.

This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced performance environment, take pride in hospitality and patron experience, and enjoy being at the center of live theatre operations. From managing ticketing systems and front-line customer service to serving as calm leadership during performances and special events, this position is essential to how our audiences experience Theatre Aspen.

You’ll work alongside a passionate team of theatre makers in one of the most breathtaking settings in the world. Housing and travel are provided, and you’ll be part of a company with a long history of artistic excellence, community engagement, and mentorship of emerging professionals.

Positions run throughout the summer season, with a flexible start date. Prior experience in box office operations, front of house management, or ticketing systems (Patron Manager experience a plus) is strongly preferred.
