To provide Speech and Language services to students

• Demonstrate accurate, up-to-date knowledge of content and Illinois State Standards
• Provide service to elementary age children with identified speech/language needs
• Participate in team meetings
• Conduct evaluations of students as needed
• Implement speech and language components of students’ Individual Educational Plans (IEPs)
• Assessment of speech and language needs
• Participate in annual reviews and individual education plan meetings

• Ability to work as a team member and previous experience with children is preferred.
• Must hold, or be eligible for, a valid Illinois Speech/Language Pathology Teaching Certificate. A Master's Degree is preferred.
• Past experience teaching the specific class will be considered first. If no previous teaching experience in the specific class, recent coursework or student teaching in the subject will be considered.

$$249.39/day. No additional benefits.
