• Kitchen Captain: Lead the daily hustle in the kitchen, ensure every team member is on point, and every task is completed to standard. Maintain smooth, efficient operations.
• Culinary Commander: Keep food and beverage operations running like clockwork, from stocking supplies to supporting service, and keep the kitchen ready for action.
• Safety & Smarts: Emphasize safe practices and smart decisions—handle lost items with care, manage access to sensitive areas, and uphold health standards.
• Clean & Compliant: Maintain sanitation as a priority; ensure surfaces, tools, and spaces are spotless and up to code, keeping the kitchen clean and the team proud.

• High School diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of experience in kitchen operations or a similar field, including a minimum of 1 year supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service operations is preferred.
• Complies with certification requirements applicable to the position, including:
  Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid.
• Ability to acquire Food Manager Certification as required by applicable state regulations.
