Opportunity

Join our world-class team of spa professionals and help our guests renew and recharge while they experience five-star living at its finest.

• Serving as the department lead with weekly designated administrative time combined with service time
• Supervising department staff, including performance feedback, goal setting, training and retraining, department staff meetings, and associate communication
• Helping tomanage schedules/appointments of associates
• Assisting in managing the department budget by providing data, reports, and documentation
• Setting sales goals for respective department and associates to help drive revenue in retail
• Ensuring all associates are meeting or exceeding the standards and expectations of their assigned roles

This is a part time position, working weekdays & weekends. Shifts will vary between 8:00 am and 9:00 pm.

• Current and valid State Esthetics license required
• Must have 3 years of Esthetics experience
• Prior experience in a spa environment preferred
• Experience in Dermaplaning, Microdermabrasion and Hydra Facial is a plus

The competitive commission range for this position is based on percent of individual sales. The specific commission earned may be influenced by a variety of factors.
