Mancan is partnering with a facility in Ashtabula County to hire an experienced 2nd Shift Production Supervisor. This is a great opportunity for a proven leader who can support daily production, train employees, and maintain plant standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Training

Schedule:

This position will train on 1st shift, then transition to 2nd shift after training is completed.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and support production employees on 2nd shift

* Maintain and enforce plant safety, quality, and productivity standards

* Train, coach, and develop employees to meet plant expectations

* Troubleshoot mechanical issues on machines when needed

* Support continuous improvement and workflow efficiency

* Communicate effectively with leadership and other departments

* Complete basic computer tasks (reporting, documentation, production tracking)

Requirements

* 5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing/production environment

* Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment

* Proven ability to train employees and enforce plant standards

* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

* Basic computer knowledge required

* Must be dependable, safety-minded, and able to work overtime as needed

Pay & Benefits

• Salary: $70,000-$80,000 (Based on Experience)
