** We Are Hiring: LSW / LPC (Dependently Licensed) & LISW / LPCC (Independently Licensed)
What You’ll Do

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based, trauma-informed treatment plans
• Provide individual and family therapy in-home, in-office, in the community, or virtually
• Offer crisis intervention and timely client support
• Evaluate treatment progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Collaborate with families, team members, and community partners
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Demonstrate cultural sensitivity in all interactions

** What We’re Looking For

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling
• Licensure: LSW/LISW or LPC/LPCC (required)
• Experience:
  
  Mental health assessment, crisis intervention, and resource coordination experience preferred
• Skills:
  
  Strong communication, rapport-building, and knowledge of community resources
• Professionalism:
  Ethical decision-making, quality clinical care, and strong documentation practices
• Collaboration:
  
  Ability to work effectively with clients, families, team members, and external partners
